Ricardo Velarde is the Spanish Ministry Pastor here at Reliance Church and has a desire to see the Christian Latino community in the Temecula Valley flourish. In addition to leading the Spanish ministry, Ricardo also serves as one of our graphic designers and loves using the creativity that God gave him to bring glory to God’s Kingdom!
