There are circumstances in this short life we have on earth that have an effect on the inner most being that we could have never expected. We may be able to prepare for it, see it coming a mile down the road, or even know it’s in God’s perfect will to come to fruition. Yet, if I am only looking out for what would benefit me the greatest, it’s nearly impossible for me to share in the joy I should rightfully share in the fruit of the work the Lord is doing.
